Dr. Michelle Ferretti

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience from Lehigh University in 1995, Masters of Science in Physical Therapy from the MGH Institute of Health Professions in 2000, Doctor of Physical Therapy from MGH Institute of Health Professions in 2002.

Experience: Michelle started her career at Boston Children’s Hospital, working in both the inpatient and outpatient settings. She worked with infants through adults, gaining experience in a variety of orthopedic, neurologic, oncologic and cardiopulmonary diagnoses. While at Children’s, Michelle had the opportunity to work in several specialty clinics, including brachial plexus injury, brain tumor, adolescent and young adult hip, and scoliosis. Michelle has lectured on many topics, including growth and development, pediatric assessment and treatment, and brachial plexus injuries. She has also been a clinical instructor at the MGH Institute of Health Professions, as well as serving as a mentor for many physical therapy students and interns.
